Camping

Every now and then we pick a questionable RV park to stay in. This one was in White Sulphur Springs, WV.

As we drove through town we saw large beautiful homes and drove past the Greenbrier which is a famous resort. It had been a long day with several stops waiting in traffic in construction zones. And then two truck drivers honked as they passed and when Frank rolled down the window the one informed us that we had an open window. Thinking the recliner had knocked out the back window, I finally pulled over and we found that that window was intact and untouched. After walking around the RV we found the open window in the bedroom had swung open and then was sprung. So my handy hubby was able to secure it enough to move on down the road. So it was late and we were both tired.

Having read about the heated swimming pool, I thought it would be nice to take a dip and then a nice shower before retiring to bed. After pulling in and starting to hook up, our beer drinking neighbors with the large dogs informed us that the water pressure was nil and looking at the swimming pool, we just ate supper and fell asleep. Thanks goodness it was just for one night. We are now staying in a nice campground that has full hookups. Life is good once again.
