You Know You Are Better When


Well I have my old husband back. :) Yesterday we started out walking and he said he was having trouble breathing. So I asked if it improved or worsened with exercise. I didn't get a real clear answer on that one. So after we had walked about two miles he says "I think I will see if I can jog for 100 yards" and proceeded to jog at least that far if not a little further. So in the past couple of months we have gone up and down from this "woe is me" old man to the "type A" behaviour I know. The best part is that he has more energy now to get things done around the house. I need to pull out my to do list again. :) Did I mention that later in the day he wanted to go for another "short" walk. We ended up ticking off 5 miles for the day.

Colorado hike in October before we hopped into the RV and headed for home. I am anxious to do some serious day hiking this summer.
